There are no disbursements and no other charges for this service. A statement of services and receipt is emailed to you as soon as the booking is paid.
This fee covers the consultation only. If you later engage Grewal Migration to prepare a Parent Visa application, the professional fees and any government charges are quoted separately in a written services agreement, and no work begins until you have agreed to it in writing.
You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund, paid within 14 days. Inside 24 hours, or if you do not attend, the fee is not refunded. Contact 03 9021 7777 or reply to your confirmation email. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
